2017-2018
I was one of the two Web & Campaign Developers for Selligent Marketing Cloud GmbH in Munich, Germany as my work placement year for University. I was responsible for writing HTML emails, creating and editing user journeys and flows along with an internal company project.
2015-2016
I was the Twitch chat moderator for an online video gaming service which allowed users to earn virtual currency to enter giveaways for in-game for many video games micro-transaction content.
I would help users with problems they came across which were in my power, if I didn't have access to be able to help them I would contact the staff directly or tell the user where to go for the information.
I also helped to proof-read new updates and help the staff when I could (I was the only native-English-speaker on the team)
2014-2016
For most of the Gym, Dance and singing shows Stafford Sports and Performance Academy put on at various theatres, I video recorded the shows for use on their social media.
When I was not needed to use the camera, I helped the team to chaperone the children around to where they needed to be to ensured that the shows ran smoothly
Summer 2015 and 2016
I was a volunteer helper at Ventures' Foremarke 3 Summer Camp for 1 week in the summer.My duties included helping prepare food in the kitchen during the day, serving food at mealtimes and setting up for activities and evening entertainment.
Before helping I had been a member at the camp for 2 years.
AV Technician 2012-2014
I was one of the AV Technicians at Christ Church Blackburn in my college years before starting university. My role included:
- Ensuring the Sunday morning services run smoothly by operating the sound desk and presentation.
- Helping at events and special occassion services.
AV Technician 2007-2014
As a volunteer I also aided the church in special events and helped out in the kitchen after Sunday morning services.
Even though I am no longer a member of the AV team at Christ Church (due to being at university) I still help where needed while I visit family.
